I have nothing really against Russia, just this ONE Russian. You know how when you get really mad at someone, all of a sudden you hate everyone who has big ears/wears skinny ties/other personal details?
I can't really shout: "Hack this, you anonymous, faceless bot that was probably hatched overseas in a Cyrillic country but there's no way to prove it!" It just doesn't have the same pep.
