Two things (or more?)
1. I made a new header. I've been in a more gritty mood lately? Anyway, I suck at graphic design, so you can tell me if it sucks.

brewsternorth is the best fairy godmother ever! She has wrangled me a paid account, so no more ads for you all to stare at! Yaaaay! She wins a lifelong ability to call/e-mail me up and say, "Yeah, I wanna [fandom] fic that includes [pairing] and [incredibly rare kink/plot point]."
3. My fic writing has been somewhat on hold while this hack thing has gotten figured out, but now we're back on track. I have a Jeeves time travel story simmering on the stove, a nascent first Cap/Iron Man fic, and other goodies.
I haven't yet had a chance to thank everyone who's re-commented on the reposted fics. It's fantastic of you, really. I couldn't ask for better fan-friends.

Lolz, I WISH it was. In truth, the subways operate on prayers, the electrical grid is severely outdated, and the lack of wifi hotspots is astounding.
But maybe someday it'll be more cyberpunk. Flying cars. Laser guns. Etc.

But everyone using firefox shall be able to switch off ads entirely by installing NoScript as add-on. There are only a few pages where I allow the google scripts so the site owner get their ad money. So, you´ve always been adfree for me.

But then I would have missed the Massive Fail of AdSense putting a weight loss ad next to my recipe for hot buttered caramel apples. So in the end? Kind of worth it for that one lol.
OK, so what else can I do with a paid account? I can make a mood theme. That might be cute. And I can do...other stuff.

As cool as it might be to have all these opportunities on the net, we´re slowly feeding something very scary and turning off unnecessary scripts when browsing is my tiny contribution to prevent that.
Concearning LJ...You can have soooooooooooo...oooo many icons. Because expressing yourself in tiny pictures=essential.
You can only make a mood theme with a paidaccount? I´ve seen a House mood theme somewhere but was, again, too lazy to install it.
