I actually agree with Steve and the cuteness, I so wish to slap livejournal over and over with something sandpaper-y with every new "this is how far I am in this nanowrimo thing!!!! :DD" entry-post-announcement or whatever, I HATE nanowrimo and it's sodding coloured bars, mainly because, of course, I'm not participating in it, and people have stopped posting other things because of it, unless I get a sodding giganormous Jooster novel out of it, I'm going to hate it even more, and I actually clicked on this thinking "yes! something that doesn't has to do with nanowrimo!", but alas! it was not to be. xD

Have you seen last House episode? This story about agoraphobic patient suddenly reminded me your Long Road and I thought 'Oh if Jeeves had not recovered Bertie'd have been be in the same state as this patient' - and it was such a creepy thought that it was hard to brush it off.

Oh, I did see that episode, but I didn't make the same leap. Interesting. I think that, while that patient was a seriously lifelong agoraphobe, Bertie's reaction is more post traumatic stress. Though I guess that could turn into agoraphobia?
