I keep meaning to write a post about JUST THIS TOPIC. That there's something very comforting about classic fanfic, and there's nothing wrong with doing the same type of thing over and over again, but that there's also this sort of, I dunno, driving force that I think a lot of us have to experiment and do something different. I think, at least for me, it ends up being radically new looking on the surface, but in the end, it's all sort of similar in a way? Does that make any sense?

And yes, no one complains. And I love y'all for it. :D *prepares feet for smoochies* (Although if anyone did complain and offer crit, that's cool too. Everyone's a winner when it comes to fanfic! Except the drinkers of Haterade. But they ain't here so pfffft.)
