So are you like the other 85% of people who are afraid of cooking seafood? GUYS THAT IS RETARDED. LOOKIT THIS AWESOMENESS AND TREMBLE.
OK, so it's hard to tell, but there are 3 happy pink shrimps nestled in the box, along with some macaroni, blanched greens beans and carrots, and some grapes.
Have you never cooked shrimps? Guys, it's so easy. If the shrimp aren't already deveined, this is how you down it: hold the little shrimp in your hand, his headless stump pointing towards you, tail away. Stick a small knife into the center of his stump and slice back and up, opening up the body cavity. The shell, if it's still on, should peel off pretty easily, and you can pluck off the tails if you want. Then run your knife along that icky black vein in the middle of the shrimp's body and toss it, because it's gross. Deveined! Shelled! Ready to go.
I melted a few tablespoons of butter in a pan and threw the shrimp on with a few cloves of garlic. Sprinkle some pepper and lemon juice and let cook on one side over medium for a few minutes, then flip to do the other side. They'll be all pink and curly and happy.
For the pasta, I just tossed some cooked macaroni with some olive oil, garlic, roma tomato, pepper, and dried basil. Om nom noooooom.
BTW, according to Wiki Answers, shrimp will keep for 3 days in the fridge after cooking. Yay.
