I woke up in a cold sweat again: had a nightmare that Obama lost.

Which I know is retarded. I mean, even if McCain somehow wins, it's not the END of the world. Nothing could be worse than the Bush presidency, right?

Right?

...I guess I'll go start on NaNoWriMo now.

Maybe it sounds a bit silly, but... please, don't lose hope. I support Obama and I'm not even American citizen.

...Hell, I have never even been there ^^'

But I wish him luck. And all of you :)

Sorry, but Obama lose? Sounds like a nightmare to me.

Actually, I can't help thinking McCain is tarred by Bush more than necessary, but with the state of the economy and a democratic congress, we are in need of a change.

Plus, U.S. citizens need to send a message to other countries that we are not behind Bush's stand on Iraq.

My one concern is that voters will not turn out to support Obama because polls show him so far ahead in the race, and he could be hurt by that.

I dunno, a friend of mine in FL just texted me: a three-hour wait to early vote, no one leaving the line, and not one McCain pin or t-shirt in sight.

Fingers crossed?

Woohoo! Yes - fingers crossed!

That means there were Obama pins and t-shirts in plain sight, right? :D

I can breathe easier, but I'll be voting early Tuesday morning.

LOL, my take on the whole thing is summed up perfectly by a Great Big Sea song, no matter who wins.... ITS THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT AND I FEEL FINE

LOL :)

It wouldn't be the end of the world, no, but it sure wouldn't make it any better. I'm on tenterhooks about Tuesday and I'm a Brit!

Yes, exacamente! I sent my mail-in ballot way ahead of time, and I've done the reminder calls, so I'm doing my part. Oh, and I'm bullying strangers in shops to go vote.

Lo siento sobre Bush, mundo, y haciendo todo lo posible.

Wow pretty good spannish, you have a very good grasp on it, you just have to change one word:

"Lo siento sobre Bush, mundo, estamos haciendo rodo lo posible"

But I'm very much impressed.

I'm ambivalent about Obama, but I'm fully behind the idea that we should give the Democrats a chance to screw things up. The Republicans have had 8 years; it's time to see what the other side can do.
