1. Today I noticed that the MTA has begun printing inspirational quotes on the backs of subway passes. This is how that quote made me feel.
Eff you, Willy! That crowd is a sweating, pulsing, rancid mass! MASS TRANSPORTATION IS NOT GOOD TIMES, PRITHEE?
2. At the behest of quite a few folks, I finally watched the first DVD of season 1 of The Big Bang Theory. I--I want to live in this world, where I have a huge group of nerdy friends that keep dropping by to play stupid games. It wouldn't even matter if none of us got laid, as long as we're all getting Thai take-out.
Plus, Sheldon & Leonard are the cutest "heterosexual" life mates evar! Geek!love FTW.

I'm sure there's slash. Right? There's ALWAYS slash.
I IS A LIAR. I WILL LOOK NAO.

3. I pre-ordered my copy of Pride and Prejudice AND ZOMBIES. But I was dumb and pre-ordered via Amazon for 20% off list price. You should pre-order direct from Chronicle Books and use the promo code ZOMBIES for 25% off list price! That's less than $10 for what could be the best book of all time. (Guys, let's make this the most profitable book EVER so that we can see more mash-ups of classic lit with zombie violence! Come on, who doesn't want to see "The Merchant of Venice...BATTLES SOME ZOMBIES!"?)
That is all. There, that was all good stuff, right?
